Our stack is fully self-hosted, GDPR-compliant, and doesn’t rely on any external APIs. That means enterprise-grade privacy, zero data leakage, and predictable costs - all for a fraction of what legacy vendors charge - less than plausible API fees alone.
For the first time, even small and mid-sized businesses can deploy truly compliant proprietary AI. Our monthly subscription includes GPU hosting, no token limits, and full ownership of your data - with no per-query fees.
How Is NORAI Compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act?
NORAI tools are built from the ground up with European compliance in mind. Data stays fully within the client’s infrastructure or a dedicated hosting environment in the EU. No third-party APIs, no data sharing, and full transparency in how models make decisions.
We track every response source for auditability, and our admin panel includes tools to meet transparency, fairness, and oversight obligations for high-risk AI deployments under the EU AI Act.
What Does the Monthly Fee Include?
The fee covers everything needed to run enterprise-grade AI without hidden costs. That includes high-performance GPU servers, fully hosted models, a secure admin dashboard, monitoring tools and unlimited chatbot usage. There are no per-token fees, no usage caps and no surprise bills - just one fixed monthly cost and peace of mind.
Can RAG Bot Be Self-Hosted?
Yes. For customers with their own infrastructure or strict internal policies, NORAI RAG Bot can be deployed on-premise. We support full self-hosting with your own GPU servers, firewalls and compliance stack. The only mandatory outbound access is the license verification ping, which prevents unlicensed deployments.
Can NORAI RAG Bot Be Branded as Our Own?
Yes. Our public-facing chatbots are brandable, and you can customise their look and feel to suit your own brand and needs.
Currently, we do not offer a white-label agency tier.
